After breakfast, you'll participate in your pre-assigned optional activities at Vista Los Sueños, based on the preferences you provided during registration. Please refer to the mobile app for details on your two assigned activities. Buyers and suppliers have been thoughtfully paired to enhance business networking opportunities while enjoying these experiences together. Attendance is mandatory for all buyers as part of the hosted buyer agreement, and suppliers are strongly encouraged to participate to ensure a valuable experience for everyone involved. Make sure to dress appropriately for the day and bring along anything you might need, including a rain jacket. If you're horseback riding, wear long pants, and if you're doing ATV or dune buggy activities, choose clothing you don't mind getting dirty. Closed-toe shoes are required for all activities. There is a gift shop if you would like to purchase any souvenirs.

For our dine around experience, all attendees have been divided into four restaurants based on the dining preferences you selected during registration. The Tarcoles River, nestled in Costa Rica's Central Pacific region, offers a vibrant showcase of the country's rich biodiversity. Among its many attractions, the Jungle Safari Boat Experience stands out as a must-do adventure. This boat ride immerses you in the tranquil sounds of birds, stunning river views, and the lush tropical jungle, all while offering an up-close encounter with Costa Rica's exotic wildlife.

Your journey begins at the Los Suenos Marriott Hotel, where you'll board a private transport for a scenic 35-minute drive to the Tarcoles River. Upon arrival, you will board a comfortable covered motorboat and embark on a serene cruise down the river, surrounded by the peaceful embrace of the rainforest. Along the way, keep an eye out for the region’s incredible wildlife, including majestic birds, elusive crocodiles, and playful monkeys.

After disembarking, you'll enjoy a refreshing assortment of tropical fruits and beverages on the riverbank. The adventure continues with a short, scenic drive to Villalapas, where a traditional Costa Rican lunch awaits, bursting with color and flavor.
