First, complete your exhibitor registration.

• Click the button below to access our SITE Southeast 2024 Sponsorship website. 
• Choose "Event Sponsor (Various Opportunities & Price Points)" as your registration type.
• Select "Spring East Roadshow," "Fall West Roadshow" or select both. We have other sponsorship opportunities too if you are interested.
• Complete the remainder of the registration. We will capture your company info to help market you to the planners and you will also have the opportunity to pay via credit card or request an invoice.
• Your receipt / invoice can be found on the confirmation page of your registration. Please be sure to click the button to access your receipt / invoice. 

Second, register as an attendee.

• Click the register button below.
• Choose which locations you will attend. Note that you must be a confirmed paid exhibitor for the roadshow you register for.
• You can add up to one more attendee from your company to exhibit with you. But all exhibitors MUST be a paid member of SITE Southeast.
• Complete the remainder of the registration.

*Travel and accommodations are not included. Only suppliers who are paid exhibitors are invited to attend. 

Following the roadshow, SITE Southeast will email you a spreadsheet containing a complete contact list (name, company, position, email address, and phone number) of each planner attending. So that we can capture the information for all those who actually attend, we do not provide this list until after our events.

Suppliers

Suppliers must be paid exhibitors to attend. All exhibitors must be paid members of SITE Southeast. To see the benefits of membership and to join SITE Southeast, please CLICK HERE.

Each roadshow will be limited to 15 exhibitors. So, be sure to register quickly!

Planners

Qualified planners are invited to attend at no cost to them regardless of whether or not they are members of SITE Southeast. Be sure to invite your favorite planners to attend!

Each paid exhibitor will receive the following:

• Logo on this registration site and on the SITE Southeast website.
• Social media recognition.
• One dedicated highboy at each roadshow event you are registered to participate in. Note that each venue is limited with space and only one highboy will be available to each exhibiting company.
• One on one time with qualified planners.
• Food and beverage at each event f
• Inclusion on the thank you note sent to planners following the event(s).
• Contact list of planners who attended each event you participated in following the roadshow.

• Travel expenses
• Housing
• Any expenses not mentioned above

Yes. This unique opportunity is only available to our paid chapter members. We kept the exhibitor price low to make this affordable with chapter membership.
