Please do not reserve your room or make flight arrangements until your event registration has been confirmed. 

Supplier rooms have a reduced rate of $250.00 USD, plus tax and discounted Resort Fee of $30.00, per room per night. 

PLEASE NOTE: The resort fee shown during booking is preset in the hotel’s system. The discounted SITE Southeast resort fee will be adjusted and applied correctly at check-in.
