2025 Incentive Leadership Experience (ILE) Hosted Buyer Application

Post Fam Opportunities
August 20 - 22, 2025
Each post fam will depart from the Fairmont Century Plaza after breakfast on Wednesday, August 20, 2025. Each destination has curated an immersive experience that will shine the spotlight on there unique destinations.
If approved, you will receive an invitation with the post fam you have been selected to attend with all the relevant details. All flight departures will be from their preferred departure airport. In order to receive the airfare stipend associated with the approved destination, you must attend the entire ILE conference and post fam. The destinations will be reimbursing the flights post event.
We invite buyers of incentive travel destinations and hotels to apply to be a hosted buyer at this year's ILE event in Los Angeles, CA.

Hosted Buyer Inclusions
- Complimentary ocean view accommodations (3 nights)
- Three breakfasts
- Two lunches
- Three dinners
- Ground transportation for all events and activities
- Educational content
- Activities & entertainment
- Airport transfers at select times on program dates
- Air stipend if attendance terms are met (a limited number of hosted buyers will receive this)

Due to high demand, attendance at this year's event is limited to current paid members of SITE Southeast. Members of other chapters must pay a $50 fee to join our chapter. Prorated membership fees are available and can be found here: SITE Global Memberships.
Selection Process
Be sure to register for ILE as space is very limited. If approved, your registration fee will be reimbursed on June 27th.
Please do not wait for the Hosted Buyer notification.
An anonymous committee will review all applications. The ILE committee will reach out to those selected with next steps by June 27th.
The selection committee will review the following when selecting hosted buyers:
- Current membership in SITE Southeast
- Past and present chapter involvement
- Industry buying power
- Answers to application questions
- ILE 2025 registration status
