12:00PM – Catamaran cruise w/ lunch – depart from resort dock

2:00 PM – Return to Saltine/Newport Beach Sailing Charters Dock

2:15 PM – Destination tour of Newport Beach in MOKEs

3:30 PM – Arrive at Lido House for site tour and Reception at Topside Roof Deck

4:30 PM – Walkthrough Lido Marina Village and head back to Balboa Bay Resort

6:30 PM – Site & Dinner at hotel

8:30 AM – Depart for Crystal Cove 

9 AM – Morning nature walk at Crystal Cove State Park and Historic District

10:00 AM – Brunch and site at The Resort at Pelican Hill

12:00PM – Site tour of Hyatt Regency Newport Beach 

1:00 PM – Arrive at VEA Newport Beach for site and lunch

2:30 PM – Wine tasting activity

4:00 PM – Check in at Renaissance Newport Beach

5:30 PM – Site tour and light reception

7:00  PM – Depart for offsite dinner

8:30 PM – Site tour of Pendry and Dessert reception

10:30 PM – Return to Renaissance

In order to receive the airfare stipend of up to $500.00, you must attend the entire ILE conference, Newport Beach post fam and follow the booking instructions below.  The Visit Newport Beach will be reimbursing the flights at the event. Please note that flight receipts need to be received by July 16, 2025 in order to maintain your hosted status.

You will need to arrive into Los Angeles Airport (LAX) on Sunday, August 17, 2025 by 2:00 PM PT and depart from John Wayne Airport (SNA) on Friday, August 22, 2025 after 1:00 PM.  Uber vouchers will be provided via cell phone numbers for transportation to John Wayne Airport.
