04:00 pm - Check into Hotel Californian, a Preferred hotel located in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara and a half a block from the ocean.

04:00-5:30 pm – Free time

05:30 pm - Reception and Dinner (Business casual attire)

10:00 am – Check out of hotel and depart for destination activation

12:30 pm - Lunch and tour of Rosewood Miramar Beach

02:30 pm – Depart for Ritz Carlton Bacara

03:00 pm – Check into Ritz Carlton Bacara. Schedule and free time still to be determined.

Departures from Santa Barbara Airport (SBA). Times will vary based on FAM attendee location. 

In order to receive the airfare stipend of up to $500.00, you must attend the entire ILE conference, Santa Barbara post fam and follow the booking instructions below.  The destinations will be reimbursing the flights post event. Please note that flight receipts need to be received by July 16, 2025 in order to maintain your hosted status.

You will need to arrive into Los Angeles Airport (LAX) on Sunday, August 17, 2025 by 2:00 PM PT and depart from Santa Barbara Airport (SBA) on Friday, August 22, 2025 anytime.  Airport transfers will be provided from Ritz Carlton Bacara to Santa Barbara Airport (SBA).
