Who Can Attend?

Corporate incentive buyers and suppliers who are members of SITE Southeast or SITE Central America are welcome to attend. If you join SITE, you must select either Southeast or Central America as your chapter. Adding one or both chapters incurs an additional cost of $50 per chapter. If you are not currently a member of SITE, click below to take advantage of prorated rates for the remainder of 2024.

Registration Fees

Each registration fee includes a donation of a pair of shoes to a Costa Rican child, ensuring they don't have to walk barefoot to school each day.

As of August 5, 2024, SITE Southeast Supplier spots have all been filled. If you are interested in attending, please REGISTER for our waitlist. Should we receive any cancellations, it is an automated process. If a spot opens up, Swoogo will automatically send an email to the next person on the waitlist, giving them 24 hours to register or give up their spot to the next person in line.

A planner, also known as a "Buyer," is an industry professional responsible for purchasing room blocks. To register as a planner, you must buy room blocks either for your company or on behalf of a third-party client for corporate groups. If you are a supplier and register as a planner, your registration will be invalid, and we will contact you to adjust your registration and pay the supplier registration fee if supplier spaces are still available.

Hosted Buyers Program

Applications for the Hosted Buyer Program are closed. However, we do have a few spots left for chapter members who wish to receive complimentary hotel accommodation. Please CONTACT US if you are interested in attending as a hosted buyer.

Are you interested in becoming a hosted buyer for this event? A buyer is someone whose job involves full-time sourcing and/or planning professional global incentive trips and meetings, either as an employee of a corporation (end user) or as a third party hired by a corporation. If this describes you and you are a paid member of either SITE Southeast or SITE Central America for 2024, we invite you to apply as a hosted buyer.

Hosted buyers attend ICE at no cost and receive complimentary accommodations for three nights from September 15-18. A select few will also receive a flight reimbursement stipend of $400, paid as a reimbursement after the event upon attendance. All hosted buyers are required to attend all scheduled group functions and activities. Failure to do so will result in being responsible for paying the full event cost (registration, hotel room, and flight).

ICE brings together corporate event buyers from various industries, providing suppliers with direct access to potential clients and decision-makers. We aim for a balanced representation of buyers and suppliers at this event, ensuring that suppliers have ample opportunities to engage with and establish relationships with both end-user buyers and third-party buyers.

This event facilitates networking in a relaxed and engaging atmosphere, allowing suppliers to build relationships with key players in the corporate event planning industry.
