Please refer to the "My Event Guide" page of the mobile app and make sure you are signed in to view your assigned activities for Monday, September 16. Buyers and suppliers have been thoughtfully paired to enhance business networking opportunities while enjoying these experiences together.
Attendance is mandatory for all buyers at all scheduled activities as part of the hosted buyer agreement, and suppliers are strongly encouraged to participate to ensure a valuable experience for everyone involved.
Monday, September 16
Each attendee will have the chance to participate in two out of the four activities listed below. When filling out your registration form, please indicate your preferences. Our planning team will then organize groups doing our best to ensure a balanced mix of buyers and suppliers in each activity, fostering opportunities for business networking while enjoying these remarkable experiences together. Rest assured, we respect everyone's comfort zones and preferences—we won't push anyone beyond their limits.
Canopy – Zipline
The exhilarating Zip Line adventure kicks off with a scenic 15-minute ride aboard our specially designed tractor, offering stunning views along the way.
Upon reaching the top, friendly and knowledgeable bilingual guides will warmly welcome you and provide a comprehensive, step-by-step explanation of all the safety procedures to ensure a fun and secure experience. You'll then embark on an unforgettable descent, soaring through the treetops on zip lines in the very country where they were invented, Costa Rica. This canopy tour features 12 platforms and 10 cables, covering an impressive total distance of 3.5 kilometers. Among these is the longest cable in the Central Pacific, a thrilling 2,400 feet of pure adrenaline.
This exciting adventure lasts approximately 2 hours and has a maximum weight limit of 250 pounds. Get ready for an adventure of a lifetime!
ATV Adventure
Welcome to the ultimate ATV adventure in Costa Rica! Your journey begins at a state-of-the-art adventure center, where you'll receive thorough instructions and take a test ride on a specially designed practice track. Once you're ready, your expert guide will lead you on an exhilarating expedition through lush jungle trails, across winding rivers, and along rugged dirt roads that ascend to breathtaking waterfalls and natural pools to swim in. Be prepared to get muddy as you navigate the diverse terrain! Along the way, you'll also have the chance to pause at stunning ocean view lookout spots, perfect for capturing the beauty of the Costa Rican landscape.
For those who prefer a less adventurous experience, we offer the option to be driven in a comfortable dune buggy, ensuring everyone can enjoy the tour.

Chocolate Experience
Embark on a captivating journey learning all there is to know about chocolate. You'll begin with a leisurely nature walk through the Central Pacific transitional forest. Here, amidst breathtaking flora and fauna, you'll immerse yourself in the natural beauty that surrounds you.
Next, discover the rich history and global significance of cacao while learning about its various varieties. Experience the unique opportunity to taste the raw cacao fruit and witness the beginning stages of chocolate production. Engage in the hands-on process of crafting and savoring different types of chocolate, expertly paired with tropical fruits for a sensory delight.
Cap off your adventure with the creation of organic chocolate bars, each crafted with varying percentages of cacao, ensuring a delicious finale to your two-hour journey through the flavors and history of chocolate.
Horseback Riding
Experience one of the most exceptional ways to explore the wonders of the rainforest while enjoying the best views of the area. Join us for a journey into nature across an expansive 0.97 square mile (250 hectares) property. After a delightful 45-minute ride, embark on a brief 10-minute walk to discover pristine natural pools where you can swim and rejuvenate in crystal-clear waters.
Immerse yourself in this enriching experience, spanning approximately 2 hours, and embrace the serenity and beauty of these natural surroundings.
Tuesday, September 17
The Tarcoles River, nestled in Costa Rica's Central Pacific region, offers a vibrant showcase of the country's rich biodiversity. Among its many attractions, the Jungle Safari Boat Experience stands out as a must-do adventure. This boat ride immerses you in the tranquil sounds of birds, stunning river views, and the lush tropical jungle, all while offering an up-close encounter with Costa Rica's exotic wildlife.
Your journey begins at the Los Suenos Marriott Hotel, where you'll board a private transport for a scenic 35-minute drive to the Tarcoles River. Upon arrival, you will board a comfortable covered motorboat and embark on a serene cruise down the river, surrounded by the peaceful embrace of the rainforest. Along the way, keep an eye out for the region’s incredible wildlife, including majestic birds, elusive crocodiles, and playful monkeys.
After disembarking, you'll enjoy a refreshing assortment of tropical fruits and beverages on the riverbank. The adventure continues with a short, scenic drive to Villalapas, where a traditional Costa Rican lunch awaits, bursting with color and flavor. Following the meal, you'll return to the Los Suenos Marriott Hotel in your private transport, concluding a day of unforgettable experiences in Costa Rica.
